  • Authorization: Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the specific return warehouse address.

3. Allocation of Shipping Costs

  • 48-Hour Window: Any visible damage or missing components must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate a priority replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

  • Custom/Special Orders: Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized/customized furniture orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective.

  • Gift Cards: Purchases made via digital gift cards are non-refundable and can only be credited back as store credit where applicable.
