These Purchase Terms establish the conditions applicable to transactions completed through the Yemezaki online store. By placing and paying for an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these provisions. These terms should be considered together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Customer Eligibility

By submitting an order and authorizing payment through our website, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding commercial transaction.

You also confirm that purchasing and using the products ordered from Yemezaki is lawful within your applicable jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of our merchandise complies with relevant local requirements.

For internal quality control, recordkeeping, auditing, and service evaluation purposes, communications with our customer service representatives, including electronic correspondence and telephone communications, may be retained.

2. Personal Information and Data Protection

3. Order Review, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Submission of an order does not prevent Yemezaki from conducting reasonable transaction and fulfillment reviews before shipment.

We reserve the right to review, temporarily place on hold, reject, or cancel an order when circumstances reasonably require us to do so. Such circumstances may include inventory shortages, suspected payment or transaction risks, inaccurate pricing, or other processing issues.

Where appropriate, we may request identity or transaction verification before releasing merchandise for shipment.

If Yemezaki cancels an order after payment authorization, the applicable purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method.

We may also update product prices, merchandise specifications, promotional offers, or other commercial information displayed through our store at our discretion and without advance notice.

4. Product Descriptions and Visual Representation

We take reasonable measures to present our home organization products accurately through photographs, written descriptions, specifications, and dimensions.

However, minor differences may occur between information displayed online and the physical merchandise received. For example, colors may appear somewhat different because of individual screen settings, while measurements or other physical characteristics may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

If a delivered item differs materially from the product representation provided on our website, the applicable remedy is available through our established return procedure.

Customers are encouraged to review the complete product description, specifications, measurements, and other relevant information before placing an order, including purchases completed through an accelerated or express checkout method.

5. Incorrect Prices and Website Errors

Yemezaki is not obligated to complete a transaction at a price that was displayed incorrectly because of an error or technical malfunction.

If a material pricing mistake is identified before shipment, we may stop fulfillment of the affected order, inform the customer by email, and issue a full refund for the applicable transaction.

Yemezaki may correct inaccurate pricing or other erroneous information displayed on its website whenever such an issue is discovered.

6. Product Availability and Delivery Expectations

Inventory information displayed through the Yemezaki store represents our current estimated stock status and should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that a particular item will remain available until fulfillment is completed.

Following successful payment verification, standard international delivery may generally require up to 30 days.

Actual shipping and delivery times may be affected by circumstances such as transportation congestion, carrier delays, severe weather, or international supply-chain interruptions. As a result, we cannot guarantee immediate dispatch solely because a product was identified as available or “in stock” when the order was submitted.

If an item becomes unavailable while an order is being processed, we will inform the customer, remove the unavailable merchandise from the applicable order, and revise the final amount charged accordingly.

7. International Orders and Local Requirements

Customers purchasing Yemezaki products for delivery across international borders acknowledge that differences in regional regulations and service availability may apply.

Depending on the destination:

• A manufacturer's warranty available in another market may not apply locally;

• Certain region-specific customer support options may be unavailable;

• Instructions, product information, or safety notices may be supplied only in English;

• Product labeling may not correspond precisely with every consumer-labeling requirement applicable within the destination country; and

• The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the merchandise may lawfully be imported into the intended destination.

Customers should review applicable import and product requirements before submitting an international order.

8. Customs Duties, VAT, and Other Import Costs

Shipping charges displayed or collected during checkout do not necessarily include taxes or fees subsequently imposed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies in the destination jurisdiction.

The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT), border-processing fees, clearance charges, or comparable assessments imposed after the shipment enters the destination country.

Such charges are determined by the applicable governmental or customs authorities and remain the customer's responsibility.

9. Applicable Law and Business Information

These Purchase Terms, together with the commercial transactions governed by them, are interpreted and administered in accordance with the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
