Once purchased merchandise has been transferred to the freight or delivery carrier designated for the shipment, legal title and the financial risk associated with loss or damage while the merchandise is in transit transfer to the purchaser.

These Terms of Use and related customer agreements are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without application of conflict-of-law principles.

Any lawsuit or other legal dispute arising from the use of the Yemezaki website must be brought before the appropriate courts located within Hong Kong.

14. Severability and Assignment
